Description
The invention relates to the field of plastic processing: the masses, in particular, to methods for producing filled polymethylene based analogue materials.
1.The known method of obtaining molding thermoplastic compositions with fillers. The method consists in mixing the polymer binder with a filler that is heated to the pour point of the polymer binder 1.
The disadvantage of this method is the low homogeneity of the compositions and, as a result, the reduced physicomechanical properties of the finished products from highly filled polymer compositions using a granular material as a filler, as well as the difficulty of obtaining such compositions in standard mixing equipment.
2.The closest in technical essence and achievable effect to the claimed is a method of obtaining compositions based on polymeric binders, including displacing the powdered polymer binder with a filler and subsequent heat treatment 2.
The disadvantage of this method is the heterogeneity of the composition obtained in a known manner.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the process and improve the homogeneity of the composition.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of obtaining a composition on a polyethylene axis by mixing powdered polyethylene with a granular filler and subsequent heat treatment, the displacement is carried out in the presence of a water solution of a surfactant, taken in an amount of 3-7% by weight of the composition, and temperature 10-20 ° C below the melting point of polyethylene.
The proposed method is carried out as follows. Powdered polyethylene and granular filler are loaded into the mixer at a ratio of 1: 4-1: 6. then add 1 water solution of topical-active substances (surfactant) in the amount of 3-7% by weight of the mixture, depending on the type of filler, its disiance and the nature of the surfactant. The components are mixed at a temperature below the melting point of the polymer. The mass is then subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 130-180 ° C to remove water and convert the polymer to a viscous state, after which it is molded to a pressure of 15-3Q MPa, depending on the degree of filling and the grade of polyethylene used.
On the example of the K1 obtained compositional material (low density polyethylene of the grade, 16802-070 - quartz sand according to GOST: 6139-70 - PVA {OC-20 according to GOST 10730-76), prepared by the indicated technology, it is clear that the physic-mechanpch The sketch is higher, and the spread of values is smaller than by a known method. The level of physical and mechanical properties “water absorption, as well as a small scatter of these indicators indicate a high homogeneity of the composition of the material according to the proposed method.
полимера).The table shows the characteristics of the properties of LDPE filled with quartz sand, obtained but proposed and known methods with the same degree of filling (580% by weight of the polymer).

The use of the proposed method for the production of high-grade materials based on polyethylene provides the following advantages in comparison with the existing ones:
а)упрощает технологию получени высоконаполненных композиционных материалов из полиэтилена « зернистого наполнител , исключа слоЖНое смесительное оборудование дл термопластикаци.и композиций (вальцы, экструдеры и т. д.);a) simplifies the technology of producing highly filled composite materials from polyethylene granular filler, excluding the sophisticated mixing equipment for thermoplastic and compositions (rollers, extruders, etc.);
б)позвол ет получить гомогенный композиционный 1мате,риал с лучшими эксплуатационными Свойствами.b) it allows to obtain a homogeneous composite mate, a rial with better operational properties.
