This invention relates to the field of clinical medicine, namely neuropathology.
1.There is a method of treating vasomotor headaches by pacing with simultaneous administration of aethyzole 1.
However, with the use of medication, side effects are possible.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the adverse effects of drugs
Эта цель достигаетс тем, что предварительно подбирают цвет фотоимпульса и воздействие провод т ритмично, преимущественно частотой, в несколько раз превышающей частоту сс-ритма биопотенциалов головного мозга, причем этимизол ввод т больному за 40-60 мин до начала фотостимул ции .This goal is achieved by pre-selecting the color of the photopulse and the effect is performed rhythmically, mainly with a frequency several times higher than the frequency of the rhythm of brain biopotentials, and ethyzol is administered to the patient 40-60 minutes before the start of photostimulation.
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
Лечебные сеансы фотостимул ции провод т в течение 10 мин через день на фоне перорального приема этимизола (по 1 таблетке 3 раза в день).According to the data of electroencephalography, the frequency of the a-activity of the biopotentials of the patient’s brain is determined. 40-60 minutes before the start of photostimulation, 3.0 ml of a 1.5% solution of etizol was administered to the patient. In order to select a therapeutic effect of light in a dark room, preliminary sequential short-term (2 min) exposure with intermittent red, yellow and green color (light pulse duration 10 mls, illumination 7 lx) is carried out. The effectiveness of exposure is judged by reducing the intensity of the headache, improving overall well-being, and normalizing blood pressure and pulse rate. Changes in the blood volume of cerebral vessels are judged by indicators of rheoencephalography. Choose a monochromatic light that has an optimal effect. The treatment sessions of photostimulation were carried out for 10 minutes every other day against the background of oral administration of etizol (1 tablet 3 times a day).
Example. Patient N., 35, was admitted with complaints of frequent headaches, mainly in the frontotemporal region, aggravated by agitation, strenuous work, overheating, and sometimes accompanied by a feeling of nausea. Diagnosis: vasomotor dyston. Previously conducted drug and physiotherapy treatment was not very effective. HELL - 95/60 mm Hg Art., pulse 84 beats./min. On the rheoencephalogram - the hypotonic character of the curve (the dicrotic wave is amplified, the derivative is pronounced “pocket” on the G). The frequency of a-activity is 8 oscillations per second. The photo-stimulation frequency was chosen - 24 in 1 s. 40 minutes before the start of photostimulation, injects 3.0 ml of a 1.5% solution of etizole intramuscularly. Marked the most pronounced positive effect when exposed to red light. After a test session of the photo-stimulation of AD-115/75 mm Hg. Art., null 72 beats per minute, normalized and reoitsephalogram indications (a variant of the norm but a gycotonic type). The severity of headache decreased. Repeated treatment sessions of photostimulation with a duration of 10 minutes every other day were conducted, in total 6 sessions were conducted. At discharge headaches no. HELL - 115/75 mm RT. Art., pulse 70 beats / min, io-rheoencephalogram is a variant of the norm.
Эффективность лечени : головные боли полностью исчезли у 14 больных (48%), значительно уменьшились у 11 больных (35%), снизились у 2 больных (7%), без эффекта у 3 человек (больные с невротическим развитием личности и нерезко выраженной органической симптоматикой - 10%).The proposed method of treatment was applied to the treatment of 30 patients with therapeutically resistant vasomotor headaches. Treatment efficacy: headaches completely disappeared in 14 patients (48%), significantly decreased in 11 patients (35%), decreased in 2 patients (7%), without effect in 3 people (patients with neurotic personality development and mild organic symptoms) - ten%).
The proposed method provides
There is no toxic effect possible with the use of drug treatments.
Treatment with rhythmic pulses of light is not accompanied by side effects.
