Abstract
The invention relates to medicine. The method allows to increase the efficiency of fatigue correction, improve mental and physical performance, and achieve a quick and lasting effect. To do this, bifurcated electrodes are applied to the fronto-mastoid region of the head, and a pulsed electric current of varying duty cycle is supplied with. pulse frequency 1250 Hz, duration 0.3-0.35 ms, current strength in the patient circuit 1.20 mA for 50 minutes after a single dose of 30 mg of pyroxan.
Description
The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, physiology of labor and can be used in the correction of fatigue and overfatigue, to increase and maintain working capacity.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency by physiotherapeutic treatment, characterized in that in order to increase the effectiveness of the treatment, pyroroxan is orally administered before the physiotherapy procedure.
The goal is achieved by applying a pulsed electric current of variable duty cycle with a high frequency of pulses of a certain duration and current strength in the patient circuit by applying electrodes to the fronto-mastoid region of the head of the electrodes; 50 minutes after a single dose of pirroxane.
Before the start of the electrical procedure, and if there is evidence (dissominal syndrome) - before bedtime, on the eve of exposure, a single dose of pyroroxan is taken.
Impact by pulsed electric current on the central nervous system is carried out using the LENAR device, approved for use by the USSR Ministry of Health. Before the electric exposure session, the apparatus was checked, after which the paired electrodes were fixed using the headband in the forehead (bifurcated cathode) and over the mastoid process in the neck (bifurcated anode). Under the electrodes, 10-15 layer gauze pads moistened with physiological saline were placed. Attention is drawn to the prevention of direct contact of the electrodes with the skin. Patients are instructed about the sensations that develop under the electrodes during the initial period of electrical exposure, as well as about the rules of behavior during the session.
Electrical stimulation was carried out lying for 50 minutes at a variable duty cycle current mode, at a high pulse frequency, with a certain duration and current strength in the patient circuit. Примеры клинического использовани .Examples of clinical use.
24%.Surveyed Solnin A.M., born in 1963, complained of increased fatigue, poor health, activity, mood, and increased anxiety. Pyroxan was taken in the first half of the day 2 hours before an electric train lasting 50 minutes. After the session, subject S. noted an improvement in subjective condition, a decrease in emotional stress, an increase in activity and mood. A feeling of vigor appeared, the accuracy of reactions and the quality of professional activity increased. The filed integrated assessment of performance increased by 24%.
In the proposed method of increasing efficiency, the combination of pyroroxan with the effect of PET on the central nervous system can significantly reduce its dosage, which avoids undesirable side effects.

эффектов, добитьс выраженного и длительного положительного эффекта.effects, achieve a pronounced and lasting positive effect.
Ранее известные методы повышают работоспособность не более чем на 10-15%, при этом либо только умственную или физическую работоспособность .The positive effect of the combined use of a single exposure to IET on the central nervous system with the use of pyroxan allowed us to significantly increase the integral health index by 23.7%, reduce increased anxiety, increase mood and activity; improve the quality of professional activity. Previously known methods increase efficiency by no more than 10-15%, while either only mental or physical performance.
