Предлагаемый способ производства кокса отличаетс от известных тем, что процесс коксовани ведетс методом просасывани в чашах или на лентах, аналогичных агломерационным, нрнчем нагревание шихты происходит за счет сжигани некоторой части углерода шихты кислородом , содержащимс в самом угле, и регулируетс подачей воздуха. Газообразные и парообразные продукты коксовани отсасываютс с нижней стороны чаши при помош,и эксгаустера. Углеводороды, удал емые через более холодный нижний слой шихты, не подвергаютс пиролизу. Скорость коксовани в шесть - восемь раз больше, чем в коксовых печах.
