Description

Предлагаемый способ производства кокса отличаетс  от известных тем, что процесс коксовани  ведетс  методом просасывани  в чашах или на лентах, аналогичных агломерационным, нрнчем нагревание шихты происходит за счет сжигани  некоторой части углерода шихты кислородом , содержащимс  в самом угле, и регулируетс  подачей воздуха. Газообразные и парообразные продукты коксовани  отсасываютс  с нижней стороны чаши при помош,и эксгаустера. Углеводороды, удал емые через более холодный нижний слой шихты, не подвергаютс  пиролизу. Скорость коксовани  в шесть - восемь раз больше, чем в коксовых печах. Это обсто тельство позвол ет добавл ть в шихту некоксующиес  угли.The proposed method for producing coke differs from that known in that the coking process is carried out by sucking in bowls or on tapes similar to sintering ones. Включают эксгаустер, и процесс продолжаетс  в течение двух-трех часов. По окончании процесса эксгаустер отключают и чашу переворачивают- на решетку. Зола от сгоревшей части топлива проваливаетс  через решетку, а кокс направл етс  в люкрое или сухое тушение.
