Abstract

Garment sections, esp. of textile fabrics are given three dimensional form during the bonding of an outer fabric and an inlay. Two details consisting in part or wholly of polymer material and provided with an adhesive which can be melted, are heated uniformly whilst flat until they become plasticised, are then subjected to compression or suction so that they abruptly stretch and deform. The press. or vacuum is maintained until the details have cooled to a point below the consolidation temperature, and they are then ejected from the moulds. Heating and moulding may take place at two distinct work stations, close together, and be carried out in parallel. A quick method of producing three dimensional garment sections with a neglible degree of retrogression, and a contour which is completely wash and dry-clean proof. The formed sections can be stacked mechanically without difficulty and there is good adhesion and stability of the laminates.

Цель изобретени - сохранение формы деталей из полимерного материала. Эта цепь достигаетс  тем, что перед прессованием деталей с HaHeceHHbfM на них клеем нагревают до получе1ш  термопластичного состо ни  деталей и в зкотекучего состо ни  кле , а охлаждают детали в процессе холодного прессовани  до температуры ниже температуры застывани . На чертеже представлено оборудование дл  осуществлени  предлагаемого способа В.качестве верхней детали 1 одежоы используют материал, состо щий из 100%го полиэфирного шелка, а в качестве нижней детали 2 одежды используетс  noibкладочна  ткань с 5О%-ной долей участи  полиэфирного вопокна.
