Недостаток известного способа регулировани процессом полимеризации состоит в том, что при его реализации не учитываетс изменени поверхностного нат жени латекса. Этот показатель существенно вли ет на работу последующих стадий производства каучука (отгонка непрореагировавших мономеров и смешени латекса с маслом). В частности установлено, что от величины поверхностного нат жени латекса зависит продолжительность пробега узла отгонки непрореагировавших мономеров (отгонных колонн) и степень -обрастани этих колонн полистиролом. Частицы полистирола, вл ющиес весь-ма хрупким полимером, попеща в латекс , переход т в последующем в ленту каучука и резко ухудшают механические показатели последнего. Кроме того , от величины поверхностного нат жени зависит равномерность последующего смешени каучука с маслом, что также отражаетс на качестве готовой продукции, в частности на физико-механических свойствах каучука.A disadvantage of the known method of controlling the polymerization process is that its implementation does not take into account changes in the surface tension of the latex. In addition, the uniformity of the subsequent mixing of rubber with oil depends on the magnitude of the surface tension, which also reflects on the quality of the finished product, in particular on the physical and mechanical properties of rubber.
