Изобретение относитс к медицине , в частности к способу лечени бруцеллеза в зависимости от формы болезни. Известны способы лечени бруцеллеза путем применени вакцино-и антибиотикотерапии 1. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому вл етс способ лечени бруцеллеза, в котором предусматриваетс введени в организм пациента путем внутримышечных инъекций препарата пирогенал представл ющего собой полисахаридный комплекс 2. Лечение пирогеналом сопровождает с выраженной общей и температурной реакци ми, нередко вызыва боли в .о ласти сердца. Кроме того, применени пирогенала противопоказано при пожи лом возрасте, поражени х сердечнососудистой и нервной систем. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности лечени . Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в организм пациента путем внутримьииечной инъекции ввод т преп рат зимозан. Наиболее эффективно лечение проходит при введении 0,1%-ной суспензии зимозана путем инъекций с ий тервалами в 2 дн , причем при первой инъекции ввод т 2 мл препарата, а при каждой последующей объем препарата увеличивают на 1 мл. При лечении острого бруцеллеза дополнительно к введению зкмозана провод т два курса антибиотикотерапии , причем введение.зимозана осуществл ют одновременно со вторым курсом в количестве трех инъекций. При лечении хронического бруцеллеза одновременно с введением зимозана в количестве 5 инъекций провод т антибиотикотерапию. При лечении резидуального бруцеллеза назначают 5 инъекций зимозана. Противопоказаний к лечению зимозаном нет. При лечении зимозаном достоверно увеличиваетс количество лейкоцитов и повышаетс их активность, а также лизоцизм, нормализуетс лейкоцитарна формула и белковые фракции сыворотки крови. Применение предлагаемого способа лечени бруцеллеза позвол ет сократить срокилечени на 10-30%. Формула изобретени 1.
