Description

(54) METHOD OF OBTAINING A WEAR RESISTANT COATING

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and instrument making and can be used to increase the wear-resistance of machine parts and devices operating under friction conditions. A device is known that implements a method of applying coatings to parts with ferromagnetic poroips in a magnetic blade, in which the applied coating is rolled around with a hardening tool, which leads to an increase in the density and wear resistance of the coating fll Odnatso when the coating is rolled. in the metal coating, which leads to the development of oxidative processes during friction and a decrease in wear resistance of parts. There is also known a method of preparing contacts based on the machining of the contact surface in the electrolyte environment. However, with this method, hardening of the surface layers is not carried out, which deteriorates the wear resistance of the parts. The purpose of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of the electrochemical coating. The delivered pellet is achieved in that the treatment with a hardening tool is carried out directly in the electrolyte medium for coating. The drawing shows a device that implements the proposed method. The workpiece I is placed in the bath 2 with electrolyte 3. In the bath 2 there are also hardening instrumentation, 4 spring 5, acting on roller 4 and anode 6. The coating is applied as follows. The workpiece I, immersed in a bath 2 with electrolyte 3, is given a rotational movement. The roller 4 is in contact with the treated surface
