Description
Обработку газовой смеси сол нокислым раствором, содержащимТ1С, осуществл ют в режиме барабана или орошени с использованием любого известного типа оборудовани , примен емого дл осуществл ени процесса абсорбции.{Finding o-geosnts. to methods of gas cleaning and can be used when cleaning gas mixtures from water fluoride. A known method of purifying gases containing hydrogen chloride from impurities of hydrogen fluoride, based on its contact with calcium chloride, boiled on activated alumina i1. There is also known a method of purifying gases from hydrogen fluoride by selective absorption of hydrochloric acid from the gases, moreover, the mixture of gases is preliminarily passed through a layer of granular activated carbon in the presence of water 2. However, the degree of extraction of fc of raw hydrogen from the short-circuit gas mixture by this method does not exceed 8 5%, i.e. The degree of purification of gases from impurities is not sufficiently deep, which limits the possibility of using abgas hydrogen chloride. The chain of the invention is an increase in the degree of purification from hydrogen fluoride. The goal is achieved by the fact that the hfo process is carried out in the presence of titanium tetrachloride, and it is used in an amount of 5 O-2 Og / l in terms of titanium. Since titanium ions form strong complex compounds with ft h -ions, the concentration of free ions in the absorption solution decreases sharply, which causes a decrease in the partial pressure of hydrogen fluoride in the gas mixture above the solution and contributes to an increase in hydrogen from a gas phase into a liquid, prepa its transition in the opposite direction. The concentration of the titanium salt in the liquid phase in all operating conditions remains unchanged, which is due to the high solubility of the additive. The treatment of the gas mixture with a hydrochloric acid solution containing T1C is carried out in a drum or irrigation mode using any known type of equipment used to carry out the absorption process.
The treated hydrochloric acid solution of titanium salts is taken out of the cycle and sent for regeneration.
