Description
(54) MULTILEVEL BUILDING
The invention relates to the construction and can be applied in residential construction. A multi-storey building with a flat roof and an attic, exhaust channels and exhaust mine, installed in a warmed flat roof and connected to the exhaust channel, is known. Iin P. The closest technical solution is a multi-storey building that includes a ceiling, a loft with coating, an open treated air, an access through exhaust ventilation shafts with a km orifice and flaps to regulate the amount of exhaust air, and a flat roof f2. The disadvantage of this data is that the flat roof in them is used for the intended purpose, and the heat of the exhaust air is practically not used. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of heat utilization of the exhaust air. This is achieved by the fact that the building is equipped with an installed on a flat. The roof is a glazed greenhouse that has air ducts with perforations and flaps around the perimeter and communicates with the attic. The drawing shows the building section. The multi-storey building I has ventilation ducts 2, an attic 3, a flat roof 4 with a waterproofing layer 5 and duct 6, connected to a schdny attic with exhaust shaft 7. Dampers 8 are made on the exhaust shaft, and ducts with gates are made in duct 6 9. On a flat roof along the perimeter of the walls of the building there is a glazed frame with a rolled roof 10 and windows II. The internal volume of the glazed frame is used as a greenhouse.
Air vent is made around the perimeter of the frame from its inner side.
Обогрев внутреннего объема остекленного каркаса - теплицы осуществл етс отработанным в здании воздуJCOM , поступающим из вентил ционных каналов через чердак в воздуховод .The internal volume of the glazed frame, the greenhouse, is heated by exhaust air from the ventilation channels through the attic to the air duct.
Depending on the need for heat, the air from the air duct enters the atmosphere through an exhaust shaft or through a greenhouse. When air is released from the duct into the atmosphere through the exhaust shaft, the shutters 8 are open and the shutters 9 are closed. When the air is blown out of the duct through the greenhouse, the shutters 9 are closed, and the shutters 8 and the vents are open. In the latter case, a large amount of heat recovered in the building is transported to the Greenhouse. In addition, a large amount of carbon dioxide is contained in the exhaust air, which has a positive effect on plant development. The greenhouse is also heated through the flat roof of the building, which is the floor of the greenhouse.
In cases where, with the listed methods of heating, heat is not sufficient, in order to maintain the temperature required for plant growth, emergency heating is activated.
Construction of multi-storey zda-. Research institutes with greenhouses on flat roofs, especially if they are located in close proximity to each other and are connected by a conveyor, will, at a low cost, significantly increase the production of early vegetables in industrial areas.
