Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an amount of ventilation to be adjusted in accordance with seasons and further enable year-round ventilation to be performed by a method wherein a ventilation port communicating with a surrounding atmosphere is arranged at a roof spacing, a ventilation fan is installed at a ceiling, a ventilation opening is arranged at the ceiling of the roof spacing, an opening or closing cap is attached to the ventilation opening and an air hole is made in the opening or closing cap. CONSTITUTION:A roof spacing 1 has ventilation ports 2 communicating with surrounding atmosphere each in a ridge and an eaves, and a ceiling 3 of a roof spacing 1 at a part of a stairwell 9 is provided with a large-sized ventilation fan 4. The ceiling 3 of the roof spacing 1 is provided with a ventilation opening 6 and the ventilation opening 6 is provided with an opening or closing cap 7. The opening or closing gap 7 is provided with bending arm 10 in such a way as it may be moved up and down. In summer season, the opening or closing cap 7 is opened to permit a large amount of ventilation so as to provide a prevention of hot condition. In winter season, the opening or closing cap 7 is closed to prevent a cold air from entering from the roof spacing 1 and at the same time the air is ventilated only through ventilation small holes 8 to limit an amount of ventilation.

[Disclosure of the Invention 1 The ventilation structure of a building according to the present invention includes a ventilation opening 2 leading to the outside in the attic 1, and a ventilation hole 4 arranged in the ceiling 3 of the attic 1. A ventilation opening 6 communicating with the suction port 5 of the ventilation 7-an 4 is provided in the ventilation opening 6.
An opening/closing lid 7 is attached to the opening/closing lid 7, and a small ventilation hole 8 is bored in the opening/closing lid 7. With this structure, the above object can be achieved. That is, there is a ventilation opening 6 in the ceiling 3 of the attic 1.
, it is possible to ventilate the entire building. Moreover, an opening/closing lid 7 is attached to this ventilation opening 6, and this opening/closing lid 7
Since small ventilation holes 8 are perforated in the opening, the amount of ventilation can be changed by opening and closing the opening/closing lid 7, and in the summer, the opening/closing lid 7 can be opened to ventilate a large amount of air and obtain a heat protection effect. On the other hand, in winter, by closing the opening/closing lid 7 and ventilating through the ventilation holes 8, appropriate ventilation can be achieved without unnecessarily increasing the heating load.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. This building is 2ll! In the attic 1, a ventilation opening 2 leading to the outside is formed at the ridge and the eaves. There is a large ventilation 77 on the ceiling 3 of the attic 1 in the atrium 9 area.
A ventilation opening 6 is provided in the ceiling 3 of the attic 1, which communicates with a suction port 5 of a ventilation 7-an 4. An opening/closing lid 7 is attached to the ventilation opening 6. The opening/closing lid 7 is attached to a bendable arm 1o so as to be movable up and down, and the arm 10 can be fixed in a bent state at an arbitrary angle by means of friction or engagement of a protrusion. Alternatively, the opening/closing lid 7 may be closed by magnetically attaching it to the ventilation opening 6 using a magnetic catch or the like. Therefore, in the summer, etc., the opening/closing lid 7 is opened as shown in Figure 2 to increase the amount of ventilation to exert the heat protection effect, and in the winter, the opening/closing lid 7 is closed to let out the cold air from the attic. At the same time, the amount of ventilation is limited by ventilating only through the small ventilation hole 8. In the embodiment shown in Figure @4, a rubber on-off valve 11 is installed on the attic 1 side in the ventilation hole 8 of the on-off lid 1.
is installed to open the on-off valve 11 by wind pressure when the ventilation fan 4 is in operation, and to close the on-off valve 11 by its own weight when the ventilation fan 4 is stopped, thereby preventing cold air from flowing into the attic 1 through the small ventilation holes 8 in winter. I'm trying to make it possible. In the embodiment shown in FIG.
A small ventilation 7-amp 12 is installed on the side, and in winter, this small ventilation 7-amp 12 can be used instead of the large ventilation 7-amp 4.
The company is trying to increase economic efficiency by making the cars operate.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, a ventilation opening leading to the outside is provided in the attic, a ventilation fan is provided in the ceiling of the attic, and the ceiling of the attic communicates with the suction port of the ventilation fan. A ventilation opening is provided, an opening/closing lid is attached to the ventilation opening, and a small ventilation hole is drilled in the opening/closing lid, so the ventilation opening in the ceiling of the attic enables ventilation of the entire building, and this ventilation A retractable lid is attached to the opening, and a small ventilation hole is drilled in the retractable lid, so the amount of ventilation can be changed by opening and closing the retractable lid.In summer, etc., the retractable lid can be opened to provide a large amount of ventilation. On the other hand, in winter, by closing the lid and ventilating through the small ventilation holes,
Appropriate ventilation can be performed without unnecessarily increasing the heating load, and in this way, the entire building can be ventilated throughout the year according to the season.
