(54) УСТРОЙСТВО ДЛЯ ОЧИСТКИ СТОЧНЫХ ВОД

Устройство относитс к области охраны окружающей среды и может быть применено дл очистки сточных вод в любых отрасл х промышленности.
Известно устройство дл биологической очистки сточных вод, содержащее резервуар, в донной части которого установлен лопастной узел циркул ции жидкости с размещенной йад ним системой подачи кислорода или кислородсодержащей смеси 1} .
При обработке сточных вод, содержащих волокнистые включени , возможно засорение узла циркул ции, что вызывает нарушение его нормальной работы и ведет к снижению эффективности очистки сточных вод.
Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности очистки сточных вод.
Цель .достигаетс за счет того, что устройство снабжено неподвижным ножом, размещенным над лопастным узлом циркул ции жидкости, на входной стороне лсэпастей которого ;выполнены режущие кромки..
Режуща кромка неподвижного ножа может быть выполнена зигзагообразной формы.

Устройство содержит резервуар 1, в донной части которого установлен узел 2 циркул ции жидкости с лопас- т ми 3, над которыми установлен .неподвижный нож 4, с зйгэагообразным режущи1«о кромками 5 и система
10 6 подачи кислорода или кислородсо держащей смеси.
При наличии в обрабатываемой жидкости волокнистых включений, например волос или нейлоновых нитей,
15 весьма веро тно попадание этих включений на лопасти узла циркул ции жидкости , что может нарушать нормальную его работу.
В предлагаемом устройстве нити, попадающие на лопасти узла 2 циркул 20 ции жидкостИр подвергаютс измельчению за счет взаимодействи режущих кромок лопастей и режущих кромок :ножа 4, причем зигзагообразна форма
25 режущей кромки ножа способствует тому , что вис щие на режущей кромке вращающихс лопастей нити захватываютс ее выступающими част ми и не могут, вследствие этого избежать процесса
30 измельчени .
Claims (2)
1. Устройство дл бчистки сточных вод, включающее резервуар, в донной части которого установлен лопастной узел циркул ции жидкости с размещенной нал ним системой подачи кислорода или кислородсодержащей смеси, отличайщеес тем, что, с целью повьпнени эффективности очист ки сточных вод, содержащих волокнистые включени , оно снабжено неподвижHiaM ножом, размещенным над лопастным узлом циркул ции жидкости и вэаимодействуннцим с режущими кромками, выполненными на входной Ьторрне лопастей.
2. Устройство ПОП.1, о т л и ч а ю щ е е с тем, что режуща кромка неподвижного ножа имеет зигзагообразную форму.
