Изобретение относитс к насосо ,строению и может быть использовано в металлургическом производстве дл перекачивани расплавленных металлов .5
Известен осевой насос,который может быть использован дл перекачивани расплавленных металлов, содержащий корпус и установленное в нем с зазором консольно рабочее колесо с 10 обечайкой по наружному диаметру l.
Недостатком известного насоса вл етс то, что расплавленный металл , попада в зазор между корпусом и обечайкой, остывает, образу нас- |5 тыли, вследЬтвие чего снижаетс надежность насоса .
Цель изобретени - повышение надежности путем посто нной подачи расплавленного металла равномерно 20 по всему зазору.
Цель достигаетс тем, что в обечайке выполнены сквозные отверсти , расположенные р дами по всей ее длине .25
На чертеже представлен осевой насос дл перекачивани расплавленных металлов.
Насос содержит корпус 1 и уста- i новленное в нем с зазором 2 консоль-30
но рабочее колесо 3 с обечайкой 4, установленной по наружному диаметру колеса 3.
В обечайке 4 выполнены сквозные отверсти 5, расположенные р дами по всей ее длине.
При враглении рабочего колеса 3, расплавленный металл всасываетс во внутреннюю полость колеса и перемещаетс в осевом направлении. Под действием центроСежной силы расплавленный металл вьщавливаетс через отверсти 5 обечайки 4 рабочего колеса 3 в зазор 2 между обечайкой 4 и корпусом 1. Между наружной поверхностью обечайки 4 и внутренней поверхностью корпуса 1 создаётс повышенное давление, удерживающее рабочее колесо 3 от соприкосновени с корпусом 1 образу подшипник жидкостного трени .
Кроме того, расплавленный гор чий металл, проника через сквозные отверсти 5 в- зазор 2, расплавл ет образующиес в зазоре в результате охлаждени от корпуса 1 настыли и уносит их в нагнетательный тракт.
В результате этого значительно повышаетс нгщежность насоса.
Claims (1)
- Формула изобретенияОсевой насос для перекачивания расплавленных металлов, содержащий корпус и установленное в н^м с зазором консольно рабочее колесо с обечайкой по наружному диаметру, от личающийся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности путемпостоянной подачи расплавленного мёталла равномерно по всему зазору, в обечайке выполнены сквозные отверстия, расположенные рядами по всей ее длине.
