Машина дл выделени сем н из бахчевых культур содержит бункер 1 (фиг. 2), в котором размещено приспособление 2 дл разрушени плодов, выполненное в виде многогранника, на гран х которого закреплены ножи 3. Сам многогранник смещен к одной из стенок бункера, а дл прохода ножей в стенке предусмотрены карманы 4. За приспособлением дл разурушени плодов расположено приспособление выделени сем н с плацентой (вычесывани ), выпол0 нениое в виде барабана 5, вычесываюшие элементы 6 которого имеют форму рифленых бичей. Под барабаном закреплена рифлена дека 7. Плоды подают в бункер под ножи многогранника и раскалываютс ими на 2-3 части и попадают в камеру, образуемую гранью барабана и стенкой бункера. При 20 вращении барабана раз.меры камеры у.меньщаютс , что приводит к раздавливанию крупных частей плода, т. е. происходит выпр мление сферической формы корки. При этом не образуетс мелких частиц корки и создаютс наиболее благопри тные услови дл работы второго барабана. Многогранник устанавливаетс в бункере таким образом, чтобы при минимальных размерах этой камеры м коть плодов не раздавливалась. При таком разрушении плода требуютс минимальные затраты энергии. Раздавленные, выпр мленные куски попадают под воздействие рифленых бичей второго барабана, которые как бы вычесывают из них семена. Этот ворох далее поступает на грохот и раздел етс на семена и корку с мезгой.Fruits are fed into the bunker under the knives of the polyhedron and split into 2-3 parts and enter the chamber formed by the edge of the drum and the wall of the bunker. The crushed, straightened pieces fall under the influence of the corrugated scourges of the second drum, which, as it were, comb the seeds out of them. This pile then goes to screen and is divided into seeds and a crust and pulp.
