Description
1.I . /Т а б л и ц а 1(54) ADHESIVE COMPOSITION The invention relates to the bottom of the component epoxy hot curing composites used as structural adhesives. Known glue with increased viability, containing epoxy resin, butadiene acrylonitrile rubber and encapsulated amine hardener 1. However, the strength characteristics of such glue are not high (C. + 195 kgf / cm), and the consistency of the gooch consistency limits its use. Also known is a composition with increased adhesive strength based on liquid epoxy and solid epoxy resin, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber and latent hardeners (2). However, this composition does not provide a high preservation of the initial shear strength in the temperature range (Gs-I-20 ° C 401 kgf / cm, OC 219 kgf / cm. In addition, the 5th composition is not technological, since its use the powder requires preheating the substrates by wetting the surfaces to be glued. The closest to the technical essence and the resulting positive effect of the invention is the adhesive that contains the specified ingredients in the following amounts, parts by weight: Epoxy-dian resin100 Butadieneacry lonitrile rubber15 Dizindiamid11,1 Filler7 Sz} This glue, compared with the known adhesives, has an increased initial shear strength (Cdr. 20 ° С 413 kgf / cm) and ensures its high preservation in the temperature range 20-80 C t 333 kgf / cm) . Odiaco specified glue does not provide high adhesive-cohesive strength of adhesive joints in the temperature range of 2080 ° C and has a viscous and sticky consistency that has low processability due to the necessity of applying the adhesive in 3 heated conditions and applying it to both glued surfaces substrates, which combines certain difficulties in obtaining an early thick glue layer, when folding large surfaces. The aim of the invention is to increase the gluing portability, maintain it in the temperature range of 20-80 ° C and improve processability. E) 1 achieving the goal of KONitnozitsi, including epoxydiamond resin, bu-tadienacrylottriyl rubber, and chandiamide, additionally contains an epoxy number 20-25 and a polyether based on diphenylols and epichlorohydrin mol. weight 200W-50000, with the following component co-optic, wt .h .;: Epoxy-resin resin30-70 Epoxy-resorcin resin 30-70 Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber 4-10 Polyether based on diphenylols and epichloro idrin38-55. Ditskandiamid8,3-10,4 Polyether based on diphenylols and epichlorohydrin (feioxy resin) is a linear half hydroxyether with an average mol. weighing 20000-50000. . The composition may also contain tseleBbFC additives, the purpose of which is to impart certain properties to the adhesives, onpifMep, the colors of the correct toughness, electropic, frost resistance, etc. Examples of formulations of composites are given in table. 1.I. /Table 1
