Однако такой способ лечени сопровождаетс повышением венозного давлени в конечности , происходит заброс крови из нее в ичковую вену, что поддерживает гипертензию в левой почечной вене. Целью насто щего изобретени вл етс улучшение венозного оттока от почки. Дл этого анастомоз накладывают между , проксимальными отделами левой ичковой и левой глубокой окружающей подвоздощную кость венами. Способ лечени гипертензии в левой почечной вене осуществл ют следующим образом . Рассекают кожу и подкожную клетчатку разрезом, параллельным левой п партовой св зке, и, отступ от нее на 1,5-2 см, раздвигают мыщцы передней брющной стенке вдоль их волокон тупым способом. Наход т в предбрющинной клетчатке элементы левого семенного канатика и выдел ют ичковую вену на прот жении 5-7 см. Отодвигают элементы левого семенного канатика и, ориентиру сь по наружным подвздошным артерии и вене, у внутреннего кольца пахового канала выдел ют глубокую окру.ж тющую подвздощную кость вену на прот жении 4-6 см. Накладывают анастомоз между проксимальными концами выделенных вен: левой ичковой и глубокой окружающей подвздошную кость. Ушивают операционный разрез. По данному способу накладывают анастомоз между проксимальными отделами левой ичковой и глубокой окружающей подвздошную кость венами, что обеспечивает уменьшение травматичности за счет выполнени операции из одного разреза и повышение ее эффективности за счет укорочени пути окольного кровотока, устранени перегиба анастомоза и физиологичного его расположени . Преимущества за вл емого способа лечени гипертензии в левой почечной вене в том, что выполнение операции из одного операционного разреза значительно уменьшает врем операции, предотвращает обратный заброс крови из нижней конечности в ЯИЧКОВУЮ вену.This invention relates to the field of medicine and surgery.
