Description

Последнее свойство может быть использовано в мебельном производстве .When birch wood is heated in liquid kerosene to 260 °, the pyrolysis process takes place. This releases 5-7% acids, a significant amount of esters, ketones and phenols. With a gradual increase in the temperature of kerosene from 95 to 100 °, 1ygroscopic moisture is distilled off from the wood with a negligible content of acids, then at 220-250 ° the concentrate-sludge is released. Kerosene is distilled off with water vapor, but the resulting e) eussin of brown color has a sufficiently high mechanical strength, it acquires a uniform color from dark yellow to brown, depending on the final temperature. The latter property can be used in furniture production.

Such wood is resistant to putrefactive processes, therefore, in some cases, this method can substitute for impregnation.

При этом в средних фракци х жижка может содержать до 30% кислот, что облегчает ее переработку и выделение отдельных комнонентов .The resulting slurry can be collected by fraction. At the same time, in the medium fractions, the slurry may contain up to 30% acids, which facilitates its processing and the isolation of individual components.

Subject invention

The method of heat treatment of wood in the environment of liquid petroleum products, about tl and h and y y. and in order to preserve its mechanical strength and maxidagal extraction of organic products, wood is heated in kerosene at a temperature not higher than 260 °, then kerosene residues and liquid products are removed with superheated steam.
