Description
2. Таблица 1The composition for foam production is prepared as follows: dry novolac phenol-formaldehyde resin, hardener, gasifier and previously thermally treated at 100-500 ° C and ground mineral porous filler, 5–300 µm, crushed to a particle size of 5-300 micron, mill or other mixing unit. The finished composition is grinded into molds or fed to a production line and subjected to heat treatment - 100-170 ° C. Example 1. 63.5 wt.% Phenol-formaldehyde of the resin-bovine type, 10.2 wt.% Hexamethylenetetramine (hexamine), 4.8 wt.% Azoisobutyronitrile (porofor 4X3-57) and 25.3 wt.% Thermally treated perlite at 100 ° C with a particle size of 5-300 microns are thoroughly mixed in a ball mill or another mixer. The composition is loaded into the mold or fed to the production line and heated to 100-170 ° C. Examples 2-7. Compositions are prepared and they are prepared with ionoplastics based on them, as in Example 1. The compositions are listed in Table. 1, and the properties of the resulting foam are given in table. 2. Table 1
Thus, the analysis of the data presented in table. 2 shows that the use of natural mineral porous fillers in the foam, for example, perlite rock, pumice, heat-treated at 100-500 ° C and crushed to a particle size of 5-300 microns, or an aggregate of this filler with a porous filler in the form of large fractions or granules provides a significant reduction in resin consumption (from 72.3 kg / m in the known composition to 36.8-44.4 kg / m in the composition according to the invention), an increase in its strength from 1.5 to 4.5 kgf / cm and a decrease in water absorption from 8.2 to 4.6% by volume.
