Description
The invention relates to compositions for the production of foams based on phenol-formaldehyde resins and can be used in construction.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the strength and decrease the water absorption of the material while maintaining the fireproof properties of the material as slow-burning.
%:The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the composition for the production of foam, including phenol-formaldehyde resin of the novolac type, porophor, urotropin, ammonium hydroorthophosphate and a filler from the series: expanded perlite sand, perlite rock, fly ash, vermiculite-polyethylene, additionally contains in the following ratio, May. %:
Phenol-formaldehyde resin of novolac type Porofor ChKhZ-57 Urotropin Ammonium hydroorthophosphate Filler Polyethyl hydrosiloxane
In the proposed material, polyethyl hydrosiloxane, acting as a surfactant, provides a more uniform distribution of pores throughout the volume of the foam and thereby increases its strength; at the same time, the organic radicals of polyethylsiloxane, oriented outward, improve the hydrophobic properties of the material.

A phenol-formaldehyde resin content below 45% reduces the strength of the foam as a result of an insufficient amount of binder: a resin content of more than 72% makes it impossible to obtain a low density foam and is not economically feasible.
Превышение содержани полиэтил- гидросилоксана более 0,6% приводит к образованию крупных пор и ухудшению физико-механических свойств пенопласта, количество полиэтилгидросилоксана менее 0,1 % не оказывает вли ни на прочность пенопласта .Exceeding the content of polyethyl hydrosiloxane of more than 0.6% leads to the formation of large pores and deterioration of the physical and mechanical properties of the foam, the amount of polyhydrosiloxane less than 0.1% does not affect the strength of the foam.
An example of a specific implementation.
The mass is prepared as follows.
Components with a tendency to caking (urotropine, ammonium, hydroorthophosphate) are preliminarily coarsely ground in a crusher, then all components, dosed by weight, are loaded sequentially into runners and a ball mill for mixing and grinding to a specific surface powder 3500-4000 cm2 / g. The ready-made dry mixture is applied to the mold with a layer of 10-12 mm and heat treated according to the following regime: raising the temperature to
