,.I Изобретение относитс к термической обработке биметаллических прутков из инструментальной стали + углеродиста стал и может быть использовано в машиностроительной и металлургической промышленности . Технологические операции при производстве указанных биметаллов и изготовлении изделий из них, сопровождающиес нагревом в области температур аустениза ции и медленным охлаждением, вызывают образование вдоль границы соединени , диффузионной феррйтной зоны, снижаю-, шей прочность сцеплени слоев. Известен способ термообработки биметаллов , целью которого вл етс повышб . ние механических свойств изделий, чающий нагрев биметалла до температур аустенизации, закалтку и отпуск . Продолжительность выдержки изделий при температурах закалки не регламентируетс . Известны данные дл расчета продолжительности выдержки при narfjeRf под зо калку, определ емой сечением обрабатываемой детали и равной от 12 до 9О сек на I мм толщины издели . Недостатком этих способов термообработки вл етс то, что они не предусматривают устранени феррйтной прослойки вдоль границы соединени слоев инстру ментальной и углеродистой стали. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому изобретению вл етс способ термической обработки, при котором устран етс ферритна погранична прослойка в двухслойных стал х, заключа1ющийс в длительном нагреве изделий, выдержке и охлаждении з. Однако известный способ не содержит конкретных данных о продолжительности выдержки при нагреве в зависимости от толщины диффузионной прослойки. A known method of heat treatment of bimetals, the purpose of which is to increase. the mechanical properties of products, which heats the bimetal to temperatures of austenization, hardening and tempering. The duration of exposure of products at quenching temperatures is not regulated. The data are known for calculating the duration of exposure at narfjeRf under the zokh, defined by the cross section of the workpiece and is from 12 to 9O sec per I mm of the thickness of the product. The disadvantage of these heat treatment methods is that they do not involve the elimination of the ferrite interlayer along the interface between the tool and carbon steel layers. The closest to the proposed invention is a heat treatment method, in which the ferritic boundary layer is eliminated in two-layer steels, consisting in the long-term heating of products, exposure and cooling. However, the known method does not contain specific data on the duration of exposure during heating, depending on the thickness of the diffusion layer. The aim of the invention is to increase the mechanical strength of the joint boundary by eliminating the diffusion ferrite layer between dissimilar steels.
