This invention relates to a technology for the preparation of feed, in particular to the preparation of sawdust by enriching it with a nitrogen-containing substance.
The invention can be used to supplement protein in ruminant feeds.
1 .A known method of treating sawdust after their technological treatment with ammonium, which are used in feeding ruminants 1.
The disadvantage of this method is its low nutritional value.
2.Closest to the invention is a method of treating feed, preferably sawdust, by impregnating in the vapor phase a water-ammonia solution heated above the temperature of the material being processed 2.
However, the known method has the same disadvantages; a low degree of enrichment of feed with nitrogen, which does not allow the use of sawdust as a high prototype 1C1H supplement.
Известный способ технологически сложен так как ллл его осуществлени требуетс специальна установка дл подогревани растительного материала и создани повышенного дав-, лени .The known method is technologically sophisticated, since all its implementation requires a special installation for heating plant material and creating increased pressure, laziness.
древесных опилках и упрощение существующего способа .The aim of the invention is to increase the nutritional and protein content of c. wood sawdust and simplification of the existing method.
The goal is achieved in that the enrichment of sawdust is carried out with a solution of urea, followed by drying them at 300-350 ° C, and after drying, soaking the sawdust in 3-10 times the amount of water and subsequent removal of water from the sawdust, preferably by filtration, while In the case of sawdust used for the future, after removing water, sawdust is re-dried at 500-600 ° C.
The method is as follows.
Sawdust is moistened in an aqueous solution of urea and dried to 300-350 ° C to fix the urea in the sawdust. At the same time, the main part of the urea, which is combined with sawdust, passes into a hardly soluble connector. and part of the urea remains free. To remove free urine, the resulting dry product is soaked in 3-10 times the amount of water. The free urea goes into solution, which is filtered. The resulting wet food is used to feed livestock in an amount that compensates for protein deficiency in the feeding areas. For preparation for the future, a wet feedstuff will be extracted: again at 500-600 ° C. P i m a r Per 1 ton of sawdust, 200 kg of urea is taken, which is dissolved in 400 l of water. Sawdust is moistened with a urea solution on a feed conveyor for ABM-0.65 type dryers. The wetted mass is dried with the initial temperature of the coolant 300-350 ° C and the temperature of the coolant at the outlet of the dryer 90-105 ° C. The dried product is soaked in 3-10 times (by weight), the amount of water to extract free urea. 20-30 minutes after soaking, the solution is filtered through a fine mesh. The resulting solid fraction is ready to be fed to ruminants. If necessary, such a feed is prepared for the future. The filtered solid fraction is again fed into the dryer and dried at 500-600 ° C. The feed, after removing free urea with water, contains 2.43-4.13% nitrogen (on a dry basis), from which it is presented in the form of urea, not more than 0.05-0.58%. In I kg of feed from sawdust and bound urea, the content of digestible protein (by equivalent) is 140-230 g versus 0.6-2.0 g in sawdust. In tab. I shows the chemical composition of the treated sawdust. By checking the number of cows, the high efficiency of the feed additive was established, which is reflected in the table. 2. The use of the invention will allow the use of sawdust as a high-protein feedstuff that compensates for the protein deficiency with a lack of natural high-protein feeds. In diets that are deficient in protein, the use of urea-enriched sawdust will reduce grain consumption throughout the country for fodder purposes. 7-9 mln. in year. Each fed I t sawdust with urea provides additional livestock production from 30 to 70 rubles, the possible economic effect in the country is 2-3 billion / rub. per year.Table
