Испытани  проводились по ГОСТ 2048 -77 Метод определени  растекани  припо . Марка образцов па емого материала: медь М серебр на  гальваническим способом . Толщина покрыти  серебром 56 мкм. Количество образцов 5 шт. на каждый испытуемый состав флюса. Разме образцов 2x40x40 мм.. Марка припо  ПСрМОб (ВПрЭ). Количе во припо , наносимого на один образец, 60 мм. Услови  испытаний: температура пайки в воздушной печи электросопротивлени  загрузка п ти образцов испытуе моТб варианта состава флюса в нагретую 1теч1Ь и выдержка в горизонтальном положении в течение 50 с, контроль темпера ры термопарой, прикрепленной к нижней центральной части испытуемого образна. Количество наносимого флюса состав- л ет во всех опытах 40 мг. Предлагаемый флюс- технологичен. Хорошо очищает па емые поверхности, легко удал етс  и.не требует дополнительной за .тпиты па ного соединени .,, Формула изобретени  Флюс дл  пайки легкоплавкими припо ми , содержащий триэтаноламин и аммо НИИ борфгористый, отличающийс   тем, что, с целью повышени  активности флюса, ОН дополнительно -содержит стеарин и бензойную кислоту при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес.%: Триэтаноламин68-69 Борфгористый аммоний16-17 Бензойна  кислота9-10 Стеарин6-9 Источники информации, прин тые во в -гамание при экспертизе 1.Лакедемонский А.
