Description
The invention relates to the field of the textile industry, in particular to the technology of antistatic and hydrophobic finishing of textile materials. There is a known method of finishing textile materials of their chemical materials in the process by treating with an aqueous solution of sodium aluminum methyl silicate with an atomic ratio of 3) / dez (AMCP-3 preparation) followed by drying 1. The treated material acquires hydrophobicity and impermeable properties, however, a noticeable change in antistatic properties not observed. The purpose of the invention is to improve the anti-static properties of textile materials made from chemical fibers. This is due to the fact that when finishing textiles by treating them with an aqueous solution of sodium sodium aluminum alkyl silicate followed by drying, sodium aluminum carbonate with an atomic ratio of S. 6-20 is used. The proposed method can be combined with various methods of finishing textile materials, since sodium aluminomethylsilonate is stable in acidic and alkali media and is compatible with known finishing agents, such as starch, polyvinyl alcohol, thermosetting resins, etc., etc. AA does not contain any sodium silicate. odor and refers to non-toxic substances. Example. Tissue samples of polyester and triacetate fibers are impregnated with a 6% aqueous solution of sodium alumomethylsiliconate with an atomic ratio of 51D {-b, neutralized with acetic acid to pH 5.5-6.2. Then the fabric is squeezed to a weight gain of 90-100% and dried at 100-120 ° C to a moisture content of 5-8%. Sodium alumomethylsiliconate with an atomic ratio of 6 is obtained from the technical product AMCP-3 by adding sodium silicate in an amount to create the necessary atomic ratio of Si / Al. Under analogous conditions, tissue samples are treated with solutions of sodium alumomethylsiliconates with an atomic ratio of Si / AP of .10 and 20, as well as with a solution of the known preparation AMCP-3. Thus, fabrics made from chemical fibers, treated according to the proposed method, have enhanced antistatic and water-repellent properties.
