Description

Изобретение относитс  к области испытаний материалов на прочность давлением. Известно устройство дл  упрочнени  материалов давлением, содержащее узел дл  деформировани , имеющий каналы, сообщенные между собой под углами, увеличивающимис  в на правлении деформировани , и узел дл  нагружени  1. Это устройство  вл етс  наиболее близким к изобретению по техническо сущности и достигаемому результату. Целью изобретени   вл етс  увеличение производительности при упрочнении длинномерных заготовок. Это достигаетс  тем, что предлагаемое устройство снабжено приводом возвратно-поступательного перемещен узла дл  деформировани , а узел дл  нагружени  выполнен в виде двух установленных с возможностью вращени  в одном направлении намоточных бара банов, размещенных по разные сторон от узла дл  деформировани , и привода вращени  барабанов. На чертеже приведена Схема устро ства. оно содержит узел 1 дл  деформировани  с каналами 2-4, привод 5 возвратно-поступательного перемещени  узла дл  деформировани , два установленных с возможностью вращени  в одном направлении намоточных барабана 6 и 7, размещенных по разные стороны от узла деформировани , и привод 8 вращени  барабанов. Устройство работает следующим образом . Длинномерную заготовку 9 в виде ленты или проволоки наматывают на барабан 6, пропускают ее конец через каналы 2-4 узла 1 дл  дeфop шровани  и закрепл ют на барабане 7. Привод т во вращение барабан 7 с помощью привода 8, а узел 1 дл  деформировани  перюмещают с помощью привода 5. Заготовка 9 проходит через каналы 2-4 и деформируетс  в местах их пересечени . Скорость перемещени  заготовки 9 выбирают во много раз меньшей скорости перемещени  узла 1 дл  деформировани , за счет чего заготовка 9 многократно деформируетс  и упрочн етс  по всей д.ггине во врем  перемотки с барабана 6 на барабан 7.This invention relates to the field of pressure testing of materials. This device is closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result. The aim of the invention is to increase productivity when hardening long pieces. This is achieved by the fact that the proposed device is equipped with a reciprocating actuator for moving the assembly for deforming, and the assembly for loading is made in the form of two winding bars installed on one side of the winding bar located on opposite sides of the assembly for deforming and driving the drums. The drawing shows the layout of the device. it contains a unit 1 for deforming with channels 2-4, a drive 5 for reciprocating movement of a unit for deforming, two winding drums 6 and 7 mounted for rotation in one direction, located on opposite sides of the deforming unit, and a drive 8 for rotating the drums. The device works as follows. A lengthy blank 9 in the form of a tape or wire is wound onto a drum 6, its end is passed through the channels 2-4 of the assembly 1 for the deflection gear and fixed to the drum 7. The drum 7 is driven into rotation by means of an actuator 8, and the assembly 1 is displaced using the drive 5. The workpiece 9 passes through the channels 2-4 and is deformed at the points of their intersection. The speed of movement of the workpiece 9 is chosen many times smaller than the speed of movement of the node 1 for deformation, due to which the workpiece 9 is repeatedly deformed and strengthened throughout the whole guinea during rewinding from drum 6 to drum 7.
