Description

The invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular, to methods for automatically controlling the process of growing microorganisms in apparatuses, preferably hydrogen bacteria. There is a known method of automatically controlling the process of growing microorganisms, which consists in regulating the supply of gas and nutrient medium and the selection of suspension 1. However, the regulation of the hydrogen process is carried out according to one parameter, which does not ensure optimal management of the process. The aim of the invention is to intensify the process and improve the quality of biomass. This goal is achieved by that. that the amount of microbial gas is determined by the microorganisms and the control of the apparatus is further controlled, the regulation of the gas supply and the nutrient medium, the removal of the suspension and the blowing of the apparatus are carried out separately with doses depending on the amount of gas utilized by microorganisms. The drawing shows a diagram of a plant for growing hydrogen bacteria. The installation includes a device 1 for discharging a suspension and topping up nutrient salts, a device for blowing 2, a software-counting device 3, a device for supplying gases, a device for growing microorganisms 5, a sensor 6 for pressure. The method is carried out as follows. In the apparatus 5 for growing microorganisms) organisms through the device 4 for supplying gases in a predetermined ratio and separately, the first dose of gas is supplied. In the growth process, the gases are disposed of by microorganisms, as a result of which the pressure in the apparatus decreases. When the pressure reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor 6 issues a control signal to the software-counting stepper device 3, which, via output A, issues a command to the gas supply device 4, which outputs the next gas dose, as a result, the pressure in the apparatus 5 rises to the initial one.
