Description
Наличие повышенного содержани окислов железа в обмазке предотвращает окволение как насыщаемой поверхности, так в актившлх компонентов состава, что позвол ет проводить процесс в о&ыччой печной србде при дпитепьных высокотемпературуалх выдержках (l-20 ч при 9ОО-ИОЬ С).The invention relates to chemical and heat treatment and can be used as a drying medium for diffusive boroditanization of steel products. A known composition for boronization in which saturation was carried out by electrolysis of the melt of the system Hoh407-T {Og 1. processing. Also known is a boronthan compound, in which saturation was carried out from powders of titanium and boron substances with the addition of activators 2. The disadvantage of this composition is the relatively low rate of formation of boron-titanated diffusion layers, the need to increase the growth of powders in hermetic heat-resistant containers using fusible closures. The purpose of the invention is to increase the activity of the saturating medium and ensure the possibility of carrying out the process in an oxidizing environment. This is achieved by addition of iron scale to the known medium for borititanation, with the following content of components, wt.%: Boron carbide 45-6 O Titanium, 5-15 Sodium fluoride 5-10 Iron oxide Total Still hydrolyzed as a binder for coating. ethyl silicate. The presence of an increased content of iron oxides in the coating prevents the ocolation of both the saturable surface and the active components of the composition, which makes it possible to carry out the process in an o & s furnace kiln at a high temperature temperature (l-20 h at 9OO-IOX C).

After drying for 10 –2 O min. At room temperature, the samples are placed in air in an electric furnace heated to 900 ° C and held for 4 hours. The quenching is carried out at the diffusion saturation temperature. During hardening, the coating loses em
