Description
Изобретение относитс к резиновой промышленности, в частности, к способу определени кислородсодержащих групп на поверхности измельченных вулканизатов, Известен способ определени кислородсодержащих групп на поверхности измельчённых вулканизатов обработкой их раствором щелочи с последующим титрованием фильтрата сол ной кислотой l . Однако этот способ недостаточно точный: разброс данных до 50%. Цель изобретени состоит в повышении точности определени кислородсодержащих групп на поверхности измельченных вулканизатов. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем что по указанному (известному) способу обработку провод т смесью раствора щелочи и иэопропилового спирта при соотношении по объему соответственно 25:2-7. Предложенный способ обеспечивает Достоверность результатов и точность определени кислородсодержащих групп ±2%. Пример. Навеску измельченного вулканизата 0,5 г, взвешенную на аналитических весах, поиещают в колбу и заливают 25 мл 0,01 н. раствора едкого натра (или соды), добавл ют 5 мл изопропилового спирта. В ттечение 1ч, энергично встр хивают пробу и после этого фильтруют. Из фильтрата осторожно пипеткой отбирают по 5 мл (2-3 пробы), добавл ют 3-4 капли фенолфталеина (или метилоранжа) и титруют 0,01 н, раствором сол ной кислоты до устойчивого изменени окраски , сохран ющейс в течение 5060 с.: Дл повышени точности результатов титровани его провод т с помощью микробюретки на 10 мл с ценой делени 0,02. Параллельно провод т холостой опыт с тем же количеством щелочи (или соды), индикатораИ изопропилового спирта. Результаты анализа вычисл ют по формуле lV2-ViVN-25 (Y -YiV-N-5.M.3KB/r кауXs .L fi-s - чукового веg-5 g щества гдeVj - объем бол ной кислоты нормальности IC , израсходованной на титрование исследуемого образца (рабоча проба), мл;The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular, to a method for determining oxygen-containing groups on the surface of crushed vulcanizates. A method is known for determining oxygen-containing groups on the surface of crushed vulcanizates by treating them with an alkali solution followed by titration of the filtrate with hydrochloric acid l. However, this method is not sufficiently accurate: data spread up to 50%. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of determining oxygen-containing groups on the surface of crushed vulcanizates. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the indicated (known) method, the treatment is carried out with a mixture of alkali solution and isopropyl alcohol at a ratio by volume of 25: 2-7, respectively. The proposed method ensures the reliability of the results and the accuracy of determination of oxygen-containing groups ± 2%. Example. A portion of the crushed vulcanizate 0.5 g, weighed on an analytical balance, is placed in a flask and poured 25 ml 0.01 n. of sodium hydroxide solution (or soda), 5 ml of isopropyl alcohol is added. During the course of 1 hour, shake the sample vigorously and then filter. 5 ml (2-3 samples) are carefully taken from the filtrate by pipette, 3-4 drops of phenolphthalein (or methyl orange) are added and titrated with 0.01 N, hydrochloric acid solution until a stable color change persists for 5060 seconds: To improve the accuracy of the titration results, it is carried out using a 10 ml microburet with a divide value of 0.02. In parallel, a blank test is conducted with the same amount of alkali (or soda), an indicator, and isopropyl alcohol. The results of the analysis are calculated using the formula lV2-ViVN-25 (Y-YiV-N-5.M.3KB / r cauXs .L fi-s - chukovy wave-5 g substance where eVj is the volume of large-scale acid normality IC consumed for titration test sample (working sample), ml;

По предпдженному способу было определено содержание карбоксильных и гидроксильных групп На поверхности измельченных вулканизатов различной степени дисперсности. .The content of carboxyl and hydroxyl groups on the surface of crushed vulcanizates of various degrees of dispersion was determined by the pre-prefabricated method. .

раст вора едкого натра (или соды).On the basis of SKI-3, full of carbon dioxide grade DG-100). From the table it can be seen that in the course of ionization, oxygen-containing groups are formed on the surface of volcanic sites. The degree of surface oxidation depends on the degree of dispersion of crumb rubber, the presence of a filler, the type of rubber in the vulcanizate and its tendency to destruction at; mechanochemical grinding process. When conducting a comparative assessment of the quantitative ratio of carboxyl and hydroxyl groups, it was found that the concentration of - COOH-groups is higher than that of - of o-groups. This remains with the justice of all the factionalized factions. Thus, the proposed method for the determination of oxygen-containing groups is applicable to crushed vulcanizates and makes it possible to increase: the reliability of the results and the accuracy of the determination of these: groups on the surface of crushed: vulcanizates using alkadimetric titration. The accuracy of the method is i2%. ., Similar rezulyaty get when using 2 or 7 ml of isopropyl alcohol per 25 ml of 0.01 n. Add caustic soda (or soda).
