Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к сушильной технике и может быть использовано в строительных и других отрасл х народного хоз йства. Известны способы сушки строительных изделий, преимущественно из глин, путем размещени  их между анодом и катодом и последующей обработки в электрическом поле I. Недостатком таких способов  вл етс  низкое качество сушки вследствие высокой остаточной влажности высушиваемых/изделий. Целью изобретени   вл етс  снижение остаточной влажности и повышение качества сушки. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что поверхность изделий со стороны анода периодически смачивают водой, не допуска  снижени  плотности тока через издели  ниже 0,5-0,7 и влагу, выдел ющуюс  на катоде, удал ют путем его обдува теплоносителем с температурой 40-50°С. Осуществление предлагаемого способа сушки производ т следующим образом. Вь1сушиваемые издели  устанавливаютна сетку-катод, сверху на образец устайав ливают перфорированную пластину-анод. Поеле этого на электроды подают градиент напр жени  5 в/см. В процессе сушки плотность тока падает вследствие образовани  у анодасухого сло . При падении плотности тока до 0,7-0,5 поверхность изделий со стороны анода смачивают водой, что обеспечивает повышение плотности тока. Влагу, выдел юшуюс  на катоде, удал ют путем его обдува теплоносителем с температурой 40-50°С. При толшине изделий 40 мм остаточна  влажность 7-8% при исходной влажности 20-28 °/о достигаетс  через 6 час электростатической сушки при трехкратном смачивании материала со стороны анода. Использование предлагаемого способа сушки строительных изделий позволит повысить качество высушиваемых изделий за счет снижени  градиента влажности по высоте издели .
