Description

The invention relates to the machining of the tapered surfaces of an article with an end face of a rotating tool, for example a grinding wheel. Known methods of processing the conical surfaces of the product with the end face of a shlifozalnogo circle, in which the axis of the conical surface with its projection on the end of the circle forms an angle equal to half the angle when the cone 1 is. The disadvantage of these methods is that it is impossible to obtain the tapered surface of the needle with a uniform thinning towards the end and with a vertex radius of 0.002-0.003 mm. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the product. This is achieved in that according to the proposed tool, the axis of the product is positioned in a plane parallel to the spindle axis of the grinding wheel, and the treatment is stopped when the tip of the grinding wheel face touches, and the distance from the touch point to the center of the wheel is chosen to be minimal. FIG. 1 shows an apparatus for carrying out this method; in fig. 2 - view A of FIG. 1. The device contains a grinding wheel 1, to the end of which, with the help of a hard stop 2, adjusted at a predetermined angle, the machined needle is pressed 3. The micrometric feed of the stop 2, and with it the needle 3, is driven from a mechanical drive 4 in accordance with a given mode processing. The needle 3 rotates from the individual drive 5. The needle 3 is fixed in the clip of the individual drive 5. The stop 2 and the needle 3 are set at a predetermined angle to the end of the grinding wheel 1. The needle 3 and the grinding wheel I are rotated at and. using the drive 4, micrometric feeding of the needle 3 is made in the direction of the grinding wheel 1. The treatment is stopped at the moment the top of the cone of the grinding wheel touches, and the distance from the point of contact to the center of the wheel is chosen to be minimal. The application of this method of processing allows to improve the quality of the product and to obtain a conical surface with a radius at the vertex of 0.002-0.003 mm.
