Description

Изобретение относитс  к металлообработке, в частности к обработке конических поверхностей резанием. Известны способы точени  конических поверхностей кинематическим путем, где обрабатываемой детали сообщают вращательное движение, а инструменту - подачу вдоль образующей конуса 1 . Известен также способ точени  конических поверхностей 2, при котором подачу вдоль образующей конуса получают двум  согласоващшми между собой движени ми, одно из которых направлено вдоль оси конуса, а другое - под углом к этой оси. Обработка поверхностей под различными углами уклона конуса достигаетс  соответствующим выбором угла к оси конуса, под которым направлено одно из составл юидис движений. Указанный способ не позвол ет обрабатьшать конуса во всем диапазоне длин и углов уклона, допускаемых размерами станка, на котором применен данньш способ точени . Цель изобретени  - расншрение технологических возможностей путем увеличени  диапазона дщш и углов уклона при точении конических поверхностей. Это достигаетс  тем, что формообразовани  конусов используют не две, а три составл ющие подачи: продольна Sx (вдоль оси конуса), перва  поперечна  Sy (перпендикул рно оси конуса) и втора  поперечна  Ьь (под углом /3 к оси конуса). Предлагаемый способ по сн етс  чертежом. Применительно к универсальным токарно-винторезным станкам составл ющие подачи осуществл етс : Sx - с продольного суппорта, Sy поперечного суппорта и 5ь - с верхнего пои ротного суппорта. The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by increasing the range of the plates and the slope angles when turning conical surfaces. This is achieved by the fact that the shaping cones use not two, but three feed components: longitudinal Sx (along the axis of the cone), first transverse Sy (perpendicular to the axis of the cone) and second transverse b (at an angle of / 3 to the axis of the cone). The proposed method is illustrated in the drawing. For universal screw-cutting machines, the feed components are: Sx from the longitudinal slide, Sy cross-slide and 5b from the upper rotary slide.
