Description

Изобретение относитс  к области машиностроени  и может быть использовано в приводах с высокими скорост ми вращени  при наличии ударных нагрузок и значительных углах перекоса соедин емых валов . По основному авт. св. № 217153 известен универсальный шарнир, содержащий две вилки, соединенные между собой с помощью крестовины,снабженной втулками, выполненными из слоистых резинометаллических элементов, установленными на цапфах крестовины в проушинах вилок. Недостаток такой конструкции универсального шарнира заключаетс  в том, что, поскольку втулки имеют малую осевую жесткость , при радиальной несоосности соедин емых валов происходит смещение вилок в направлении осей указанных втулок. Это приводит к по влению в шарнире радиальных вибраций, разрушению втулок, что снижает срок службы шарнира и его нагрузочную способность. Целью изобретени   вл етс увеличение нагрузочной способности и QpoKa службы шарнира путем устранени  радиальных зазоров . Эта цель достигаетс  тем, что предлагаемый щарнир снабжен плоскими шайбами , выполненными из слоистых резиндметаллических элементов, установленными на торцах цапф крестовинь и зафиксированными в осевом направлении. На фиг. 1 изображен предлагаемый универсальный шарнир, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - сечение А-А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - частичное сечение Б-Б на фиг. 1. Универсальный шарнир состоит из вилок 1 и 2, насаженных на соедин емые валы 3 и 4 и соединенных между собой крестовиной 5, цапфы которой вход т в проушины вилок. На цилиндрические поверхности цапф крестовины 5 установлены втулки 6, а на торцы - плоские щайбы 7, причем и те, и другие выполнены из слоистых резинометаллических элементов. В проушинах вилок 1 и 2 установлены стаканы 8, закрепленные винтами 9.
