Description

The initial powdered components were loaded into a mixer, stirred for an hour, after which the mixture was deposited on a hardened surface, and then induction welding was carried out.

The hardness of the layer, deposited by the charge of the first composition, was 70 units, the charge of the second composition - 75 units, the mixture of the third composition - 81 units.

№ 463527.The relative wear resistance to abrasion of the deposited layer was determined on an X-4B machine and, when the proposed mixture was deposited, it was 1.8-2.1 times higher than when it was deposited by autom. St. No. 463527.

Due to the high content of manganese and ferrochrome in the deposit, the austenitic carbide structure is formed in the deposited layer, as a result of which the deposited layer has high wear resistance and satisfactory plastic properties.

The presence of a high content of manganese and aluminum in the mixture, apart from the flux, gives it a strong reducing properties.

The introduction of the proposed mixture in the production will increase the wear resistance

наплавленных деталей в среднем в 1,8- 2,0 раза.overlaid parts on average 1.8-2.0 times.

The flux contains borax, boric anhydride and silicocalcium.
