Abstract
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: Mineral oil inlet, pre-heated to 120-130 ° C, t0, 3-0.5% by weight of dibutylparacresol and impregnated with it a sintered porous billet, after which zinc coating is carried out at 280-300 ° C under a layer of mineral oil containing dibutylparacresol.
Description
№ 1405971,The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to the application of protective and decorative metal coatings on porous sintered products made of iron powders, and is an improvement of the method according to the author. No. 1405971,
Цель изобретени - повышение производительности процесса и сокращение энергозатрат путем повышени скорости осаждени покрыти .The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of the process and reduce energy consumption by increasing the deposition rate of the coating.
The proposed method of applying zinc coatings on sintered porous iron-based products is implemented as follows.
Количество вводимой присадки по всем режимам 0,4 мас.%.Cylinder oil 52 (GOST 6411-62) is preheated to 120 ° C, after which the calculated amount of dibutylparacresol (GOST 10394-84) is introduced into it and mixed for 10-15 minutes. In the obtained medium at 150 ° C, the sintered porous iron-based products are impregnated for 0.5 hours. The impregnated products are loaded into an open container and filled with a powdered saturating mixture, wt.%: Zinc powder 75; alumina powder 25. Then the container is filled with cylinder oil 52 with dibutyl para-cresol additive in such a way that a layer with a thickness of 15-20 mm is formed over powder filling. The loaded container is heated to 300 ° C. Processing time 0.5; 1.0; 2.0 and 4.0 hours. The amount of the additive to be added in all modes is 0.4% by weight.
