Газ, который в значительной степени свободен от сажи, -подаетс через трубопровод 14 в башенный скруббер 15 и промываетс водой дл удалени остатков сажи, а также части водорастворимых компонентов газовой смеси, тажих как сероводород, аммиак, получа-емых из серы .и азота IB реакторе. Вода подаетс в башенный окруббер через трубопровод 16. При неОбходимости удаленна из скруббера через трубопровод 17 вода может быть использована дл повторной циркул щий, по крайней мере, в части трубопровода 16. Промытый газ покидает башенный скруб бер через трубопровод 18, имеющий регулирующий «лапан 19. Измерительный прибор 20 измер ет перепад давлени между давлением, -существующим в точке измерени а в трубопроводе 7 и в точке измерени б ев трубопроводе 3, и посылает сигнал, указывающий величину измеренного перепада давлени , этот сигнал подаетс иа прибор 21, содержащий детекторы пороговой различимости сигнала, установленные на величину, соответствующую величине -избыточного давлени пара в -котле-утилизаторе. Если это допустимое значение превыщено, прибор 21 посылает сигнал дл открыти выхода пара на регулирующий клапан 22 от1вод щего трубопровода 23. Измерительный прибор 24 измер ет перепад давлени между давлением, существующим в точке измерени а ъ трубопроводе 7 и -В точ1ке измерени в в трубопроводе 18 и посылает сигнал, указывающий величину змеренно-го перепада давлени на прибор 21, если допустимое значение дл перепада л,авлени превыщено, посылаетс сигнал дл открыти выхода пара на регулирующий клапан 22, При желании точка измерени в может быть размещена в трубопроводе 14 вместо трубопровода 18, поскольку содержание сажи в газах в трубопроводе 14 очень незначительно и не имеет значени . Способ может быть использован в любом устройстве, в котором образуетс газова смесь, охлаждающа с -косвенно, и где необходимо регулировать перепад давлени между охладителем и газовой смесью. ФорМула изобретени 1. Опосо-б автоматического регулировани процесса приготовлени и охлаждени газовой смеси водорода и окиси углерода на установке, включающей последовательно соединенные реактор с камерой сгора-ни , котел-утилизатор, газоочиститель и башенный скруббер, путем поддержани заданного -перепада давлени в реакторе сбросом давлени из него, отличающийс тем, что, с целью обеспечени безопасности процесса, стабилизируют перепад давлени между линией подачи кислорода или газа, обогащенного кислородом, в реактор и линией выхода пара из котлаутилизатора , а также стабилизируют пере-пад давлени -между линией отмытого водой газа из башенного скруббера и линией выхода пара из котла-утилизатора воздействием на выход пара ИЗ отвод щего трубопровода котла-утилизатора. 2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийс тем, что пределы разницы между давлением пара и давлением газа перед и цосле охлаждени составл ют 15-140 атм и 20- 145 атм соответствен о.
