Данное изобретение относитс к спиртовой промышленности. Известно , что при переработке кожурного зерна его предварительно обрабатывают на жерновах, вальцах и других машинах. Однако половина зерна остаетс необрушенной, вследствие чего в бродильных чанах образуетс толстый слой кожуры (до 0,7 м), что приводит к дополнительным потер м - нарастанию кислотности в бражке, а следовательно, к уменьшению выхода спирта. Дл снижени потерь применение дл запарника Генце выдувных труб, внутри которых укреплено направл ющее приспособление , 1не дало желаемых результатов.This invention relates to the alcohol industry.
