Известны установки дл ненрерывного разваривани крахмалистого сырь в недробленом виде. Они вынолнены в виде лвух ступеней разваривани и выдерживател с сепарацией экстраиара. При исриоднческом способе варки картофел и зерна в разварннках отдельные места продукта развариваютс неравномерно. Это вызываетс вводом пара в определенном месте на большой объем перерабатываемого продукта при сравнительно быстром прогревании его влечет за собой потери крахмала.Installations for the continuous cooking of starchy raw materials in non-shredded form are known.
