Изобретение относитс к -технологии получени двуокиси марганца, используемой в сухих элементах.
Известен способ получени двуокиси марганца путем взаимодействи в водном {эастворе соли марганца и гипохлоркта ще лочноземельного металла. Процесс ведут при 1О-.100°С, рН смеси 1-3,5 и соотношении ионов марганца и окисихлорида 0,01-50,0 1.
Известен также способ получени двуокиси марганца, используемой дл изготовлени сухих элементов, путем взаимодействи окиси марганца с водным раствором хлората щелочного металла и серной кислотой. Процесс ведут при 70-95 С 2.
Однако известными способами получают двуок сь марганца низкого качества, так как производгг продукт в -форме, «гго снижает емкость получаемых из него сухих элементов до 508 Кул/г 92 мвт-4/r /tOj.
Целью изобретений вл етс получение продукта с If -структурой, что |1Озвол - ет повысить емкость сухих элементов,
По предлагаемому способу получени двуокиси марганца взаимодействие окиси марганца с соединением, содержащим хлорат-ион , при 7О-95 С провод т в присутствии озона. В качестве соединени , содержащего хлорат-ион примен ют хлорную кислоту,
Отличнгельными признаками способа вл ютс проведение 11роцесса в присутствии озона и использование в качестве соединени , содержащего хлорат-нон, хлорной кислоты.
Это позвс-л ет двуокйсь марганца с X -«TpvicTypofes что приводит к П1 вышению емкссти сухих элементов до 965 Kyn/r U-iO или 147 ьлзт4/rM.fLO.
Приме Ь, К 5О г приливают 50О г хлорной кислоты и нагревают до 9О°С. Одновременно подают в реакционную смесь в течение 20 ч 5О л/ч кислорода,, содержащего 3% озона . Озон реагирует количественно. Claims (2)
1,. Способ получени двуокиси марганца , используемой дл изготовлени сухид элементов, путем вэаимодействи окиси марганца с соединением, содержащим хлоpaT HOHs ри 70-95 Ct отличающийс тем, что, с целью получени продукта с X -структурой, позвол ющей повысить емкость сухих элементов, вэазмодействне ведут в присутствии озона.
2. Способ по п. 1, о т л и ч а ю щ и и с тем, что в качестве соединени , содержащего хлорат-ион, на взаимодейстш1е подают хлорную кислоту.
