Description
0,12dispersion-hardened material, increases its strength properties and, due to their high chemical resistance, is busy looking for material against corrosion. In tab. 1 shows the chemical composition in table. 2 - the main properties of the proposed material. The material is tested in an oil medium on an IM-58 friction machine with a load of 25 kg / s.M and an initial sliding speed of 8 m / s. 10 Example 1. Powders of graphite, titanium nitride and barium sulphate are dried at a temperature of 120-150 ° WITH. Then all the initial powders are taken in the following ratio, wt.%: 0.5 copper, 8 barium sulphate, 6 graphite, 5 sitalall and 79.5 iron, sifted-5, 1 finely dispersed (0.01-0.1 μm) titanium nitride powder and mixed in a mixer in the presence of acetone (100 ml per 1 kg of the mixture) for 12 hours. The prepared mixture is pressed in a mold at a pressure of 3 tons / cm, and the resulting products are fusion-bonded to the steel basis under pressure of 15 kg / cm 2 and a temperature of 10-20 ° C for 3 hours. The resulting material has the following 25 characteristics: 0.7 kgm / cm toughness of 12.0 kg / mm 2 Tensile strength of the friction coefficient in masle0,12
