Изобретение относитс к конвейергиц Технике и может быть использовано дл транспортировани насыпных грузов в 17орной и других отрасл х промьаоленности .The invention relates to conveyor technology and can be used for transporting bulk cargo in 17th and other industrial areas.
A belt conveyor is known, the belt containing the envelope of the drive and tension drums and located on the guides in the form of longitudinal strips.
W-.W-.
The length of this conveyor is limited.
.;ввиду относительно больших затрат мощности на перемещение материала..; in view of the relatively high power consumption of the material.
2.Another belt conveyor is known, which includes a belt, the upper branch of which with the lower plate interacts with a supporting surface made of a material which, in combination with the material of the facing, has a low coefficient of resistance to movement, and a base 2.
The disadvantage of such a belt conveyor on slide bearings is the relatively high coefficient of resistance to movement. As a result, the surface of the slide bearing is in continuous contact with the lower lining of the tape, and a high temperature occurs in the surface layer, which significantly affects the wear of the adjacent bodies.

Эти факторы не позвол ют примен ть «онвейеры на опорах скольжени при больших грузопотоках, высоких скорост движени ленты и больших рассто ни х транспортировани .These factors prevent the use of conveyors on sliding supports for large traffic flows, high belt speeds and long transport distances.
Цель изобретени - снижение коэффициента сопротивлени движению и температуры в зоне контакта ленты с опорой скольжени .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the coefficient of resistance to movement and temperature in the zone of contact of the tape with the slide bearing.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the bearing surface of the sliding support is made in the form of a set of cylindrical elastic rods, for example, of fluoroplastic, nylon, fixed with ends on the base perpendicular to the direction of movement of the tape. On the lower plate of the tape can be made grooves with a given pitch.
FIG. 1 shows the described belt conveyor, side view; in fig. 2 - section A-A of FIG. Ijf in FIG. 3 tape located on the slide support; in fig. 4 — slide bearing, side view; in fig. 5 is a section BB of FIG. four; in fig. 6 - the position of the rods when passing through the tape.
The belt conveyor contains a belt 1, a frame 2, a cross bar 3, a slide support 4, lower support rollers 5. The slide support is made of separate support elements b, which consist of a base in the form of a C-shaped plate 7 of the support surface, made of elastic rods 8 and clamping elements 9. The transverse beams 10 are welded to the C-shaped plate and prevent the elastic rods from slipping from the plate as the load-carrying tape moves. The supporting elements are located one behind the other on the fingers 11, which are connected by ends with the help of bolts 12 to the cross-arms 3. The tape bends around the drive 13 and tension 14 drums. The bottom plate of the tape rests on elastic rods arranged perpendicular to the movement of the tape. Elastic rods of cylindrical shape can be made of Teflon, nylon, polyurethane, or other materials that, in combination with tape, have a low coefficient of friction. On the lower plate of the belt 1 in contact with the rods 8, grooves 15 are set in predetermined pitch. The conveyor operates as follows. During the forward movement of the tape at the points of contact of the lower plate of the tape with the sliding support, the individual elastic rods 8 are twisted at a certain angle. In the places of the recesses, the contact of the lower plate of the tape with the elastic rod is broken, and the rods return to their original position due to elastic forces. Since the recesses in the bottom lining of the tape are arranged at a predetermined pitch, the rods periodically tighten and return to their original position.
