MARTENSITNAYA STEELYE STEEL
1 и 2.The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to martensite aging, m. Known to martensite aging is the following composition, wt.%: 0.08-0.4. Carbon 2.5-4.5. Nickel 0.5-1.5. 0.37 Manganese Else And Iron This steel after the following heat treatment: normalization (NTGS-37), heating at 700 ° С with an exposure of 2 hours () and subsequent aging at 450-550 - has the following mechanical properties: - 40 ; Seo2 100-120 kgf / mm, ice-116-128 kgf / mm S-4-17%, V-50%. The aim of the invention is to increase the mechanical properties. This goal is achieved by the fact that the proposed steel additionally contains copper and molybdenum in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 0.01-0.08. Carbon Chromium Nickel Parganed Aluminum 0.5-1.5 Molybdenum 1.5-2.5 Copper Rest Iron The proposed steel is smelted in an induction furnace using the open method. High temperature deformation was carried out at 1100-B50 ° C. Steel has a satisfactory technological plasticity under cold and high temperature deformation. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the proposed steel are given in table. 1 and 2.
