Изобретение относитс к производству строительных конструкций, в част ности к производству кантователей дл панелей наружных стен. Известный кантователь крупногабаритных изделий включает станину, поворотную вокруг горизонтальной оси от носительно станины раму с шарнирно ус тановленными рычагами-захватами и механизмы установки и зажима изделий, в полненные в виде гидроцилиндров ij . Недостатком известного устройства вл етс сложность его конструкции, повышенные требовани при зксплуатации и ремонте гидросистемы. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции кантовател . Достигаетс эта цель соединением рамы с приводом гибкой св зью, а свободных концов рычаго захватов со станиной при помощи шарнирных т г. На чертеже изображен предлагаемый кантователь. Кантователь включает раму 1 с рычагами-захватами 2, поворачивающуюс вокруг горизонтальной оси от привода 3. Наклон рамы с установленной на ней формой с изделием осуществл етс с помощью каната 4, навиваемого и сход щего с барабана 5, установленного на выходном валу привода 3. Рычаги-захваты 2 соединены с т гами 6, концы которых жестко соединены между собой. В горизонтальном положении рамы кантовател , когда на нее устанавливаетс форма 7, рычаги-захваты наход тс в разведенном положении. Во врем наклона рамы канатным приводом т ги шарниры перевод т рычаги в положение захвата за профили двутавра, из которых изготовлена форма, и удерживают ее в наклонном положении. После сн ти издели и возвращени рамы в исходное положение рычаги под действием т г расход тс и освобождают форму. Примененный в кантователе канатный привод поворота рамы и рычглна систва фиксации формы позволили создать весьма простую .в изготовлении-и эксплуатации конструкцию.
