Description

После сборки устройства полость в корпусе заполн ют передающей средой 17 и подключают его к источнику гидравлического удара (на чертеже не показан). Под действием гидравлического удара происходит нагружение внутренней полости заготовки 12 жидкостью, перемещение крышки 15, котора  перекрывает отверсти  13 в част х 8 боковых упоров 7 и упираетс  в выступы 9. Одновременно происходит перемещение подвижной части 5 штампа, котора  осуществл ет гибку трубной заготовки 12 по ручь м 6. В рабочем цикле шарниры 10 не оказывают сопротивлени  изгибу трубы за счет возможности проворота (и не создают зоны с обра1ным гибом). Процесс гибки завершаетс  после того, как сомкнутс  ручьи 6 между собой. Под действием пружины 14 подвижна  часть 5 штампа возвращаетс  в исходное положение.
