Description

The invention relates to a method for producing mouse acid, which is widely used in the manufacture of preparations for combating agricultural pests and in the organic chemistry industry. According to the invention, mouse acid is proposed with simultaneous production of pure hydrogen to be obtained by anodic oxHHH white mouse in the form of its aqueous suspension. The authors found that if a direct current was passed through the suspension of the white mouse in hot water, the white mouse dissolved in water, oxidized to arsenic acid. The drawing shows in section the electrolyzer, which can be used for drying, demonstration of the proposed method. In a bath / made of material, resisting the action of HsAsOi (for example, ferrosilicon or the like), water is poured through pipe 2. Then the mouse is poured from the hopper 5 to and the stirrer 5 is immediately set in motion. gears 6. At the same time, steam through pipe 7 is heated and the suspension is heated to 60-70 °. Then through the electrodes E, E and Z3 let direct current. Electrodes E, and 5h are the anode, and electrode Ed is the cathode. The voltage on the electrodes should be equal to 2.5 volts at a current strength corresponding to the performance of the electrolyzer. Thus, with a pot capacity of 250 kg per hour, an installed capacity of about 290 square meters is required. When the oxidation is complete, the switch // is turned off, and after some upholding the mouse acid is run down pipe 12 into collector 4. The white mouse required for oxidation is weighed and the pneumatic is sucked through pipe 14 into the hopper 3. The air required for transporting the mouse ka, is filtered through a beta filter and is exhausted by the exhauster 15 to the atmosphere. The hydrogen produced at the cathode Ez passes through the solution of the mouse of the malaric acid, reducing partially to the mouse of the mallet of hydrogen; under the hood
