Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics.

A known method for reconstruction of the acetabulum in hip dysplasia by deepening it, in which bone material is removed from the anterior and lower walls {1J.

However, this method does not provide for the creation of artificial protrusion of the acetabulum.

The aim of the invention is to create conditions for artificial protrusion of the acetabulum.

To do this, trepanation of the cortical plate is made in the area of the acetabulum and spongy tissue is removed from under the semilunar cartilage.

The method is carried out as follows.

An incision is made from the anterior-superior spine to the greater skew between the annual muscles and the muscle that tensions the wide fascia of the thigh, expose the joint capsule and then open it longitudinally. Soft tissues are removed from the cavity, the limbus is flattened. The cortical plate is trepanned in the area of the caetabulum, the spongy bone is removed with a bone spoon.

cartilage, and at the beginning it is removed from the side of the inner cortical plate.

The size of the cavity created under the semilunar cartilage depends on the degree of thickening of the bone floor of the cavity. The head of the thigh is reset. If necessary, a corrective osteotomy of the femoral bone is made.

The proposed method provides for the reconstruction of the joint and the stability of the opposite joint. .
