Description
(54) METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIQUID CARBON DIOXIDE
AND DRY ICE
15.SOG are conducted in two stages. First, frozen CO2 is sublimated at a pressure of 1-2 atm due to the supply of heat from freezers with liquid CO2 to the circulating coolant; for freezing liquid CO2, cold from sublimation is consumed by 40–45% of frozen COj. The remaining amount of frozen COs is converted into liquid by supplying COg 8 compressed CO2 vapor from tank 11 to the freezer, while up to 98% of the resulting sublimation vapor condenses. The heat of condensation of the remaining amount of CO2 vapor is removed due to the heating of the metal of the C02 freezer (more than 50 ° C) and, if necessary, additionally - low temperature. Dry ice is obtained by freezing liquid CO2 in the freezer 13, which consists of chambers 14 closed at the bottom and cooled by a coolant below - 56 ° C. Liquid CO2 is poured into the chambers 14, the crystallization process is carried out, after its termination the pressure is reduced to atmospheric pressure and dry ice is removed, which is dipped into the container 15.
15%.Using the cold of converting frozen CO2 to a liquid to freeze moisture will reduce energy costs by 15% compared to a known method.
20%.When dry ice is obtained, the energy cost of compressing the CO2 vapor is reduced by more than 2. times; the cost of low-temperature cold is about 20%. As a result, the energy cost of the proposed method reduces TC compared to the known method by about 20%.
Предлагаемый способ может найти наиболее щирокое npiiMeHeiiHC в ближапщее врем дл создани установок небольщой производительности (20-100 кг/ч).The proposed method can find the widest npiiMeHeiiHC in the near future to create plants of small capacity (20-100 kg / h).
