Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve thermal efficiency and the recovery rate of hydrocarbon by combining the absorption and separation using the recovered hydrocarbon as an absorbent between the cooling condensation by the brine of the temp. at which the moisture of gas does not freeze and the cooling condenstation by a liquefied gas.
CONSTITUTION: The gaseous mixture 19 of air and gasoline vapor are supplied from the lead-in port 20 of the 1st condensation separating column body 1 into the heat transfer pipe 5 of a heat exchanger 2, and while they are being cooled by brine 17, they fall successively. The condensed recovered gasoline 9 drops into a storage part 4. The exhaust gas 21 after the condensation separation is introudced through a pipeline 23 into an absorption column B at 2W3°C, and ascends in the state of gas-liquid counter current with the low-temp. absorbent from a nozzle 37 in an absorption column body 34. The exhaust gas 48 is introduced into the 2nd condensation separation column C through a pipeline 49. The gas 48 introduced into the 2nd condensation separation tower body 50 is cooled at -35W-45°C, and the condensed gasoline vapor becomes liquid drops which fall into the storage part 62.
