Изобретение относитс  к области черной металлургии , в частности к конвертерам с верхней и донной прод вкой.The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to converters with top and bottom products.

Известен конвертер с донной продувкой, состо щий из футерованного корпуса с опорным кольцом и полыми цaпфa ш, через которые проходит газовый трубопровод, соединенный с донными фурмами.A converter with bottom blowing is known, consisting of a lined body with a support ring and hollow capps through which a gas pipeline passes, connected to bottom tuyeres.

Недостатком известной конструкции  вл етс  зшчигельные термические напр жени , возникающие в корпусе конвертера и громоздкость его конструкции.A disadvantage of the known construction is the excessive thermal stresses arising in the converter housing and the bulkiness of its construction.

Отличительной особенностью предлагаемого конвертера  вл етс  то, что цапфа снабжена конценгрично расположенными в ней трубами, образующими между собой и стенкой цапфы тракты дл  подвода и отвода охладител  к опорному кольцу и подвода газа к фурмам, при этом тракты подвода и отвода охладител  соединены с полостью опорного кольца трубопроводами, расположенными в соосно выполненных в цапфе и опорном кольце отверсти х , и тазовый тракт соединен трубопроводом с фурмами, причем подвод щие и отвод щие газ трубопроводы соединены с цалфами с возможностью поворота относитепько их.A distinctive feature of the proposed converter is that the trunnion is equipped with concentrically arranged pipes in it, forming paths between themselves and the trunnion paths for supplying and discharging the cooler to the support ring and supplying gas to the tuyeres, while the cooling and discharging paths of the cooler are connected to the cavity of the support ring pipelines arranged in coaxially made holes in the trunnion and the support ring, and the pelvic tract is connected to the tuyeres by a pipeline, and the gas inlet and outlet pipelines are connected to the columns with POSSIBILITY turn otnositepko them.

Внутрь опорного кольца 2 со стороны цапф 7 и 8 встроены опорные блоки 9,10, в которых закреплены цапфы 7 и 8. Радиальные каналы 16 и 17 совпадают с соосно вьшолненпыми в цапфе каналами 19 и 20.
