Description

Затем полученные сухие вещества погружают в бак с IS -HbiM раствором NaOH и после перемешивани  подвергают повторниму прессованию, в результате чего получают около 22 кг сухого остатка , используемого дл  получени  блоков, а выдел ема  при этом суспензи  отфильтровываетс  в бак, где отходы смешиваютс  с NaOH; получаемое при этом тесто можно использовать дл  приготовлени  отходов.
Одновременно с этим 60 литров жидкой компоненты весом в 65 кг наливают тонким слоем в снабженный лопастными мешалками бродильный чан с закрытым кожухом, где с помощью подачи гор чего воздуха поддерживаетс  температура 665°С. при этом непрерывно отсасьшаютс  отход щие газы. Жидкий компонент подвергаетс  брожению в чане в те чение 5 час, причем интенсивность процесса брожени  постепенно уменьшаетс  и достигает минимума до 4 час, выделенные при брожении газы могут быть использованы в качестве топлива, а сухое вещество, оставшеес  в чане, в виде гранул та представл ет собой компост.
Таким образом, изобретение позвол ет получи-т . 20-25% сухих веществ, пригодных дл  изготовлени  строительных блоков, 20-25% теста дл  производства картона, 10-5% органического гранул та , примен емого в качестве компоста, большое количество горючего газа и воду.

Claims (3)

1.Способ переработки бытовых отходов путем их гомогенизапли с последующим измельчением и
J отделением жидкой фракции прессованием, о т личающийс  тем, что, с целью повьппени  эффективности отделени  жидкой фракщш, перед прессованием отходы дополнительно увлажн ют погружением в воду, а процесс прессовани  произ ,Q вод т давлением в 300 550 бар, при одновременном удалении жидкого компонента из центральной части обрабатываемых отходов.
2.Способ по п. 1, о т л и ч а ю щ и и с   тем, что полученный твердый компонент гомогени (5 зируют в 10- растворе NaOH и повтор ют процесс прессовани .
3.Способ по п. 1,отличающийс  тем, чго отжатый жидкий компонент сбраживают в тонком аэрированном слое при 60-70°С в течение 45 ч.
