Description

The separator // is connected by pipe 17 to a heat exchanger 18 connected by line 19 through valve 15 to a device 16 for injecting liquid into the exhaust pipe 2, made in the form of a Venturi nozzle for injecting liquid from line 19 and mixing it with the exhaust gases so that the pump does not is required. This variant of the mounting system can be used for fixed installations.

The proposed exhaust system in the first embodiment, its implementation works as follows.

The exhaust gases, the engine outlet /, are fed through the exhaust pipe 2 to the device 16 for the injection of fluid. The liquid is supplied to the device 16 from the neutralizer 7J by the pump 13 via the conduit 14 through Claian 15. The pump 13 may be autonomously driven or else driven by the engine. Liquid droplets are injected into pipe 2 and scattered throughout the flow of gases. A mixture of gases and liquid droplets passes through a silencer .3 and pipe 4 into cavity 8 through an opening .9 in the housing of liquid neutralizer 5, in which the separator partitions // slow down the mixture flow so that it allows the liquid to separate from the gases and enter the lower part the body of the neutralizer 5 with the radiator 6 placed in it. In the reader of the fluid, the liquid is cooled and the re-circulation is further pump 13. When the mixture of liquid and gas passes through the muffler, the exhaust noise decreases due to the cooling of gases, Sheni voliy length and sound velocity gases exit to atmosphere through the pipe 10 and the absorption due to high frequency noise. According to the second embodiment of the exhaust system of the internal combustion engine exhaust gases.

Газы выход т через патрубок JO в атмосферу, а жидкость поdiluted with liquid, pass through silencer 3 to separator / /, which separates liquid droplets from gases. Gases escape through the JO nozzle into the atmosphere, and the liquid through

3.the pipe 17 enters the heat exchanger 18, which serves as a source of liquid, which flows through the line 19 and the valve 15 to the device 16 for injecting a liquid in the form of a Venturi nozzle, valve), its fluid from the line 19 to the silencer 3.

Separator // and heat exchanger 18 can be omitted, and instead they can be used radiator 6 from the first embodiment of the system, and vice versa.

According to the third embodiment of the exhaust system, the heat exchanger 18 is made in the form of a radiator and is equipped with a fan 7. The tank 20 is connected to the pipeline 12 by means of the pipeline 21. The tank serves to replenish

;кидкости, котора  тер етс  через патрубок 10 вследствие насыщени  отработавших газов (при отсутствии кипени  с выделением пара) и поддерживает нужный уровень жидкости в системе.liquidity that is lost through the nozzle 10 due to the saturation of the exhaust gases (in the absence of boiling with the release of steam) and maintains the desired level of fluid in the system.
