This invention relates to a technique for the enrichment of high humidity granular materials. The screening device known sy puchih materials, comprising a frame, a grid in the form of an endless loop, tensioned on top, the driven and idler sprockets, and a drive. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the selected product and increase the productivity of the device. This is achieved by the fact that the leading and known asterisks are eccentrically mounted on their shafts with the displacement of their eccentricities, and the leading asterisks are rigidly fixed on their shaft, and the driving stars are free. FIG. Figure 1 shows the kinematic scheme of an infinite grid with its different positions in one revolution of the drive eccentric sprockets; Fig. 2 shows a kinematic diagram of the device; rafig 3- building, Eid. in front; in fig. 4 - the same, side view. The infinite grid 1 covers the leading asterisks 2, the driven 3 and tension 4 in such a way that the sections ab and cd of the grid are between each other. Drive sprockets 2 are mounted on their shaft eccentric and rigid, and driven 3 are eccentric and free in bearings. The geometrical dimensions of stars 2 and 3 are the same. A reflector shield S is installed in the upper part of the frame. There is also a receiving tray 6 for the upper product. Tray 7 is used to feed the raw material to the grid. The paths of movement of the material — the top and bottom product — are shown by arrows (see FIG. 3). The receiving hopper 8 of the bottom product is installed independently of the frame. The shafts of the sprockets 2 and 3 are connected by means of a flexible transmission 9. The flowing material is fed onto the inner surface of a moving endless
Нижний продукт поступает из рабочей камеры 31 и зоны загрузки I в приемный бункер 8 нижнего продукта.grid 1, which is mixed backward in the working chamber I and tilted in the loading zone - I. The material in working chamber II is subjected to the action of variable centrifugal forces, which contribute to the relative movement and escape of fine particles through the mesh openings. Particles of the overhead product change the direction of motion on the inclined section AB and then follow to the receiving tray 6JQ of the overhead product. The bottom product comes from the working chamber 31 and the loading zone I in the receiving hopper 8 of the bottom product.
